If your profile id is as follows... www.facebook.com/xyz , then "xyz" means the profile name or id that your are using. But the name code for it is different and unique. 

To know your unique profile name code in Facebook, do the following: 

Step 1:  Log in to your account

Step 2:  Copy the URL of your profile id 

Step 3:  Go the link http://findmyfacebookid.com/

Step 4:  Enter your copied URL. You can now see the unique name code of your profile. 

Now thats how you can know your "Name Code" of profile id in Facebook.
