Television (TV) is liked by all and everyone has some taste of channels on TV. With the new technology coming in daily, you think of new tricks that can be used in Facebook. 

This time I thought of some new trick which is interesting and I am sure this will be liked by all my blog visitors too. First let me say "Thanks" for visiting my blog again and again. This actually motivates me to post more and more for you. I like some who really like my Facebook fan page based on latest news and updates about Facebook tips and tricks.

So now before I get derailed from the main topic, let me start updating with the "Live TV Streaming in Facebook." 

You all must have come across many applications in Facebook. One of the applications in Facebook is "UStream". This app lets you watch online TV without any ads. Great point to note in mind. Yeah, when we put on our TV sets, just to watch some programme we have to watch unwanted advertisements that are really time consuming, boring , waste, etc. In that we sometimes change the channel and go forward. This is not a trick but just an information about how to deactivate the account. Facebook users sometimes have to face problems like hacks, duplicate profile, create new account with different look, etc. In these cases, there is a need to deactivate your Facebook account id permanently. If you want to give a fresh name and fresh way to link your friends then first deactivate your previous account and then create a new one which is more interesting and more informative. 

 

Your Facebook profile should be attractive, then only there is a possibility that you may get new friends and friends of friends. What say, want to deactivate your old account which is sluggish and not so attractive. Lets change all the things and restart with a new one. 

 

In one of my posts, I have mentioned how to download the copy of the Facebook account.  Why there is a need ? As there is a need of your friends lists and their accounts to get connected in the new one. In short let me explain how to download the copy of the account that is going to be deactivated. First you login to your Facebook account. Then in the "Account settings" , click on the option "General". In that tab at the right side bottom, there is a link to download the copy of your account . Click on that link and download the copy. 

 

 

 

 

Now after downloading the copy of your account, lets deactivate the account. To deactivate the account permanently, follow these simple steps. 

1. Click on Account Settings
2. Select the Security Settings Tab 
3. Click on the "Deactivate your Account" option below 

 

 

 In the above image you must have got the idea of how to deactivate the account. After deleting this account, you will never be able to access it again. So before clicking this link you will have to be double sure to delete the account . 

 

Facebook lovers, here is one more trick to get to know the user name or account id of anyone. It is a very simple way to find out. 

Just a simple searching through the screen can tell you the user name of anyone.

Step    1:  Login to your Facebook account

Step 2:Open a new tab in your browser and enter the following website name: http://smileychatcodes.com/

Step    3: Click on "Facebook Chat codes maker" link

Step    4: In that, select any file or image from your PC and click upload. 

Step   5: Wait for few seconds for the website to generate the code. 

Step   6: After the code is generated , you just copy and paste the code in your chat window and press enter. 

And now just look at the window with the image uploaded . 

There is a new launch by Facebook and it is in the air recently. Facebook always tries to do R & D. The newly launched feature in the most happening social networking king is the use of "Trusted Contacts". 

Contacts that in our account are the trusted ones, then what is this new feature called "Trusted Contacts"? Is it the alarm that is warning us to be careful to select only the trusted contacts? May be in the list of our contacts, the few may be trusted according to Facebook !!! 

No, none of the above answer is right. Trusted contact is nothing but a type of help that your close friends or relatives who can regain your lost password. The password is sometimes lost by us, sometimes we just forget even if we access our account daily. It may happen which is but natural. For that , the new feature launched by Facebook will guide you to get the lost password through which you can gain access to your account. 

Think of it in this way, if you are still in the state of confusion. Suppose, you are going out somewhere and you instead of taking the keys of your house, have forgot taking it with yourself. Then to get access to you home sweet home will be a problem. May be you have to break your door for getting inside. To avoid all these circus, we intelligently give one key to our neighbors who are our close ones and are trusted ones. If in the above situation, we just ask for help to get the another set of keys of our door, then it can be opened and without any hassles. 

Similarly, if your password is your key to Facebook account and to gain the access, if your password is lost, then you can ask for your friends help who are actually "trusted" and they can solve the problem out. 

You may call this as a type of security towards your Facebook account . 

Do you remember, when we used to forget our password in gmail or yahoo account? What we used to do? The security question to be answered for setting the new password. 

In this you just have to trust your contacts and give your password to them. There is also a limit for this. Limit your "trusted contacts" to 3 or 5. Only they will gr ant you the lost password or hacked password.

There is a simple and easy trick to set a security question. What you have to do is mentioned in 3 simple steps below.

In Facebook, you can tag anyone in photos, posts, etc. The simple way to tag people is using the symbol "@" before posting and after that type any letter. The list of groups or people appear. You can select the one whom you want to tag. By doing so, after you tag them, the notifications appear in their timeline too to whom you have tagged. 

Simple. Just a simple usage of "@" symbol, you can do tagging. Like the usage of "#" tag in Twitter. 

In the image, you can see the @ symbol and after that a letter typed "a". In a fraction of a second you can see a list appearing down where there are many profiles. You can select the one for tagging.

Have you ever noticed the logo of Facebook? Well all imagine that there is a blue colored icon in which the letter "F" appears in small letter. True. But there is one more thing that you may not have noticed in the logo that is the pale blue color line that appears as underline. That is gone now in the recently changed logo for Facebook. 

Look at the image above. You will get the difference now. The left image displays the old logo and the right one is the latest one. What changes the developers have made in the designing of new logo is that the blue color line below the "f" is removed. Also the letter "f" is made to touch below the edge of the icon.

You must have visited many websites or Facebook fan pages. You must have liked their display page image. You felt like taking and pasting it in the Facebook chat window and share with your friends. Well a simple way to show the image of your choice from any website or any Facebook Fan page, etc, you just have to copy the user name of the Facebook fan page. 

For example, the image in Facebook page : "Facebook tips , tricks and hacks". If the profile image you want to apply in the Facebook chat window then it is very simple. You just find out the end name . In this link,  https://www.facebook.com/Facebooksecretsandtricks, the name of the fan page is "Facebooksecretsandtricks". Well that's it. You copy it out and enclose it with double brackets, like this [[ ]]. 

 In the above example, enclose it in [[Facebooksecretsandtricks]]  in the chat box and press enter. And see the image now. Interesting , right? 

As Facebook grows more and more interesting day by day, and most accessed social networking site day by day, the tricks and secrets are also grow further. As many options, more and more tricks and tips for you. It is known that all the youngsters and those who know to operate internet, daily access Facebook at-least once or twice or may be online the whole day. Yeah!!! Hence, once try this option and see the difference of your Facebook photos getting transformed into a video. This video you can upload into Youtube and track the stats (if you want to).

In the above highlighted sentence, may be you just want to highlight any word only bold and underline or both, then you can do so. 

To make the word "XYZ lake" bold : 

Type in chat as : *XYZ* lake. Here by using the "*" symbol, before and after the word , it will make the word bold  as : XYZ lake.
